Loyola is amony the top 10 colleges of commerce we have in India and indeed have a very high cutoff for the same. The admission for bcom hons is purely based on merit. Since the cutoffs goes as high that for DUs thier placements and internships opportunities are good enough when compared to other prestigious colleges of DU. Loyola has a different way of selecting students.They have reservations for Roman Catholics (Around 50%), they give emphasis for differently abled students and also for first generation learners, students with poor financial background. Presently it has two shifts of Bcom - General, Evening Shift for Bcom - Corporate Secretaryship & BBA.  Assuming that you're generally category student, if you are able to score 95+ percentage then you may expect a mail from them after applying for the same.
