Maharani Arts Commerce and Management College for Women is NAAC B accreditation college. That menas it is not a top class b school but overall good college. You can take admission here but you have to work hard so that you can get placement easily whether it is off campus or on campus.

From my prespective maharani womens colleges is Nice 

For getting admissions please check there admission requirements and I think that they would consider minimum levels of marks in your degree 

For campus lifer you can enjoy the campus to a great extend and faculties are almoaa good 

For placements and other options I think there are but for better opportunity you can find it from outside
