Hi, Not really. They are different fields.
You will have to decide which field you want to stay in.
Banking and insurance or HR.

One you know then your further career prospect can be discussed.
If you are interested in Banking then do MBA in Banking.
There are many institutes for the same.
Like:
Indian Institute Of Commerce & Trade(IICT)
National Institute Of Bank Management
