Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is a branch of Engineering which deals with programming and is completely software side. You can have many opportunities in future. Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is a branch of Engineering which deals with both Electronics and Communication. You can have many government job opportunities if you go with ECE.
