Yes migration certificate you will after getting admission in college. You have to submit your migration certificate after admission in your college. Yes it is require in every college even if it is in same state as your school. If your school have not provided it then you should ask school authorities for it beforehand. Although it is not required at the time of counseling but you need to submit it as soon as you get admission.
