There is no need to give migration certificate if you have provided transfer certificate because both serves same purpose.if they still ask for the migration certificate then you can request for sometime and try to issue certificate from the relevant office.however the required document for ts icet are

TSICET Rank Card.
TSICET Hall Ticket.
Aadhar Card.
SSC (10th) Marks
Intermediate (12th)
Degree Marks
Degree Provisional Pass Certificate.
Study or Bonafide Certificate from 9th grade to Degree.
Transfer Certificate (T.C).
Income Certificate.
Residence Certificate.
