Yes, Migration Certificate is needed for taking admission in NIT Kashmir. I'll suggest you to ask  your school authorities to provide you with migration certificate from your 10+2 board and then you can easily take admission in  NIT Kashmir.

Migration is certainly required in NIT K . It is one of the essential document to be checked at the time of document varification and college reporting .

In case you are not having it you can ask the school for new and till then you can submit an affidavit to the college if they accept.
