Practically mining engineers are more in demand in Gulf countries, basically oil-producing countries, like Saudi Arabia, UAE/Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait. The major reason is that these countries have hubs of crude oil and petroleum. Due to the concern for the environment and ecological system there has been increase in demand for Mining engineering in recent year. Yes it has a good scope and will increase in near future.
