Yes ,as per the available information and guidelines provided by Institute is allowed in hostel but there are some rules for usage of mobile phones like usage of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited, usage in libraries , laboratories is also strictly prohibited

Although you can use in hostel unless any other student has any problem like loud music etc in such case strict actions can be taken
