Dear student, mobile phones are allowed in almost all the colleges and their hostels in India. There is no restriction on these even in Vivekananda Dental Hostel. Regarding the bus service for off campus hostelers, if you are staying in the hostel of college then the bus fees in included in the hostel charges. Else there is no compulsion to use bus service if you stay in other private PGs or hostels.
