now a days mobiles are allowed in all colleges, even some schools allow  11 and 12 grade students to carry mobile. but during the time of classes or lectures you need to switch off the phone and this goes for lab work also. when you are working in lab in any experiment mobile need to keep switched off. hope you have understood.
