I had solved only this book and If I personally answer this question, then yes it was more than enough provided you build your concepts really strong by reading ncert or textbooks for inorganic organic as well as physical chemistry really good. I was able to score 150 marks in Chemistry out of 180 in 2019 NEET by using this single boook so it's really helpful and worthy. But yes also, if you have time and interest, then you can also go for GRB or ARIHANT.
