If you have previous work experience of at least 6 months to 1 year, then when you pursue PGDM( Executive) program and sit for the respective placements, your previous salary and experience will definitely be taken into account by the employer and would thus give you an edge above the others during the placements. Not only this, you will also get a significant hike and rank due to your past work experience and due to the qualification that you gained during the course.
