AIIMS is a tough exam if you compare it with other medical UG exams. For the section of Biology you need to by thorough with NCERT .

Apart from that you should have seen me extra knowledge on the topics for which Trueman is a great book to read.  Keep in mind that this book has a lot of details , don't study everything. Only go for important topics . Dinesh is also a good book to go for.
