I think for 12th and for neet medical exam ncert books are very good. Because question paper do not come outside these books. Firstly you should cover your whole ncert book in 2-3 months and than if you left with time than go for other refreshers book and additional books. Also solve last 5 years question paper, this will boost your confidence and helps you in your revision.
