Dear student,

If you are good at General Knowledge and English, NDA written exam is easier than JEE Mains exam. Also, the syllabus of JEE contains almost 60-70 % of the NDA exam syllabus, so for such candidates (JEE aspirants) NDA exam preparation is not very tough.
NDA selection ratio is approx 0.15% and JEE(mains+ advanced) selection ratio is nearly 2.5%. The question level in NDA exam is almost similar to CBSE board or little bit higher but the questions of JEE Mains is bit tougher than NDA or CBSE Board exam.

JEE is related to Engineering whereas NDA is related to Defence. You can prepare for both exams, if you are preparing for JEE then you need not to worry about the NDA math section, coming to paper-2 if you have good concept in English and basic science then you can easily clear both the papers.
