As per norms set by NEET authority a candidate needs to upload the same passport size photo and postcard size photo with a white background. Under the photo you need to have you name and date printed digitally.

But if you provided any wrong details than that can be rectified during the correction window.

After the application process gets over on 31st of December. The NEET conducting body is going to check every application and if they find any irregularities they'll send you a message via your registered phone number and email address .

The correction window is to start from 15th of January and continue until 31st of the same month. During that period they'll send you a message asking you to rectify your mistakes with a link to get into correction window. You can go to the NEET website and provide photo with a  white background during that period only.

But by any chance, they don't send you any message asking you to change your photo ; than you're good to go. You don't need to change your provided photo.

Yes, Gowtham. NTA insists Candidates follow its instructions while uploading photos. It should be latest with name and date written on it and taken against a white background. Follow these instructions please:

Uploading of Photograph: Instructions

Must be latest passport picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 50 Kb to 300 Kb and format should be JPG.

The focus has to be on the face with 80% coverage and ears clearly visible.


Uploading of Post Card size photograph: Instructions:


Must be latest post card size picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and format should be JPG

Uploading of Signature: Instructions

Candidates must sign with a black pen on a white background in JPG format with a file size of 4 Kb to 30 Kb


Uploading of Left hand thumb impression: Instructions:

The file size should be 10kb-50kb in JPG/JPEG format.


Class 10th Passing certificate: Instructions:

File size of 100kb to 400 kb in JPG/JPEG format
