neet post graduate is not effected by 12th score. candidates are allotted different streams based on score in neet pg and overall mbbs score.

however to become eligible for neet ug and satisfy the eligibility criteria candidates have to secure at least 50%  aggregate marks in pcb for general category, for reserve category like sc/st/obc candidates have to secure aggregate of 40% score in pcb  in 12th exam.
