Hi Akshay, 

Truly saying, you should go for nit trichy cse after all after completing graduation you have to look for better job.Also it is the topmost nit and have better infrastructure and facilities as compared to iit dharwad which is new. 

But if you are a die hard fan of IIT tag and think you can change branch in IIT then attention my friend, it is too difficult to change branch in IITs.But if you are still disagree with my opinion then as your wish.

Hey. Look here both the colleges stand almost at the same level. I'd suggest you to take IIT. Though it's a new IIT but trustt me the IIT tag does matter. Considering the branch both have almost similar placements. Hope this answer helps.
