Score and percentile both are different. Score means the mark secured in the entrance exam  after evaluation.

Percentile means where you stand in the whole crowd of candidates in range of 1-100.  For example your percentile is 98 then it indicates that 97 percentile of candidates have secured less than you. And 2 percentile of candidates have performed better than you and their score is more than you.
