is obc non creamy layer treated as general????? can I apply for iiit Hyderabad through dasa or undergraduate exam ???

Hi, There is not much difference basically between general and OBC (non creamy). So you will have to almost prepare keeping your rank/marks same as General. Also you can apply in IIIT Hyderabad through DASA.
