Is open university or distant education better than regular university on science stream students for clear the graduation ?

According to my experience,  I can say that don't go with those open or distance education concepts they are like ruining but sometimes they'll do the best.  See,  if you are having enough time to pursue any course go with normal because getting into normal makes you to understand the concepts very well and it would to be helpful to your future too.  And if you don't have any enough time like you want to do MBA while doing any job you can go with distant / open this is just for certificate and you can get promotion like that.  But doing MBA in good universities can put you in the high position too.

Can you tell me which way is better afer pass 12 in science with a avg. Of 80 percent ? Iam from Bengal
