Hello Meena,
Yes, pen will be provided at the centre. Try to wear plain T-Shirts for the exams.

When I had given they provided me the pen. In that case take you pen with you and if they allow use it.

You only need to go to the exam center.Rest of all will be provided by the center itself.You will be provided both a pen and a pad for solving so don' worry.And regarding your T-shirt,printed T-shirt is allowed but try to wear a simple T-shirt that will help you.Otherwise they will check taking much time.I will advice you to wear simple dress and don't carry any pen or anything with you.
