Is photoorganotrophic bacteria are autotrophic or heterotrophic

Dear Nitin,

This is a type of Nutritional bacteria which gain energy from light and use organic compounds such as succinate as a source of electrons. Ex: Rhodospirillum. As these type of bacteria synthesis their own food and energy, they are said to be autotrophic.
