As you have not mentioned the exam you are preparing  for so I am saying for both the exams, NEET and JEE.

Yes the books seems perfectly fine if you are preparing for NEET exam. Along with this book solving past year questions will work as a perfect combination.

But the book is not sufficient if you are preparing for JEE exams. You need to refer to some books like HC Verma, DC pandey for more idea regarding the level of question asked.

As the book is also best for your 12th boards .
