Is pondicherry belongs to home state quota for andhra pradesh for nit admission

Pondicheery is union territory and hence home state will be Puducherry.

Andhra pradesh shall not be cinsidered.

Home state is conaidered for students who passed from Karaikal, Mahe, Yanam, Andaman Nicobar.
