Dear Hitesh, as of today, the order regarind NIOS students not being eligible for NEET is pending in the Supreme Court. When CBSE was conducting NEET, there was a criteria that NIOS candidates were ineligible for NEET. NTA followed the suit. But there was petition filed in the Supreme Court regarding this. And until the Supreme Court passes a judgement on this, NIOS Candidates are also eligible for NEET. The general criteria applies to them as well which are the Candidate needs to be 17 years atleast by December 31st of 2020 and he/she should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
