The answer is yes. Because Electronics and communication Engineering  branch is mixture of Computer Science  and Electrical  Branch. All engineering  colleges  of India  teaches programming language , data structure and algorithm in Electronics and communication Engineering  department. In every  Indian college taught a programming language (C programming) in all branch including Mechanical and Civil branch.
