These are the documents needed for MBA admissions,

1. Demand Draft in the favor of JSS

CMS-MBA Account, Mysore

2. Passport Size Photographs(WhiteBackground) 

3. SSLC Marks Card/10th 

4. PUC Marks Card /12th

5. Graduation/Degree Marks card

(all semesters)

6. Provisional Degree Certificate 

7. Caste Certificate

8. Parents Annual Income Certificate

(SC/ST/OBC/Others)

9. Conduct Certificate 

10. Migration certificate.

So , it is mandatory to produce your provisional certificate , if you have any problem regarding that it is good to contact the institute you are getting into.all the best.
