People belonging to RBA are not given any extra benefits. A lot of people think that RBA and OBC are same but it is not. Normally category certificates are additional certificates and that is also valid for SC/ST/OBC. Other than that I do not think RBA certificate is eligible rather I think it would hardly provide any relaxation in examination.
