Hello Aspirant,

It seems like you are an UPSC aspirant. To appear the UPSC examinations and to become an IAS or equivalent officer is every Indian's dream at some point in their lives. In order to be eligible to appear the examination, a candidate must have a undergraduate degree in any field from any recognized institution. This means that you need to attend college for getting your undergraduate degree. Regularity in attending college will give you a good attendance record which will earn you grades. I hope this information helps you. Good luck!
