The college has the best placement statistics. Almost 95% students gets placed. Nearly 200 companies visit every year and take a lot of students. The average salary package is 5 L/ A. The top is 22 L/A by Dikshaw. The top companies visiting here are Texas Instruments, Caterpillar, Siemens, ABB, HCL, and a lot of other companies in the stream of IT, Textile, Fashion Tech etc & top MNC's are aslo in list.

PSG has a long legacy but SASTRA grew rapidly to become one of the top institutions of the state. Placements wise, PSG and SASTRA are equally good institutions. The average package for SASTRA is usually 4-4.5 lpa, but the core placements are better in PSG Tech. For ECE or CSE, I would recommend SASTRA. For Mechanical Engg, I would recommend PSG Tech.
