Yes all the IIT's provide scholarship,basically it is not the scholarship .It is the fee concession you get based upon your ranking ,category and income certificate . All the IIT's has been providing no tutition and hostel fees from SC/ST category students.students belonging to this category can study almost as free.There is scholarship for students whose parents income are below 5 lakhs.Specially IIT Bombay is coming with more facilities for students whose parents have  low income.I hope it helped
