To apply for the SDO level, the residential as well as income certificate can be applied to the level of the basis of first go first service to the office of the block level.

Here are the steps-

1. First of all produce an affidavit from the notary advocate on a stamp paper.

2. what is the required documents signed by the parents of the guardian and submitted to the VAO.

3. Get it passed to the RI and finally to the tahsildar.
