For the Candidate belonging to OBC/SC/ST Category they can apply for fee reimbursement program. Every state gives fee reimbursement/scholarship for its students. But for that you must have your family income below a certain amount every states had different criteria of income.if you fulfil that you will be awarded scholarship.
