OBC reservation varies from state to state. There are also creamy layer or the non creamy layer category depends on the income category of your parents. If the candidate's parent  earning more than 5 lakh rupees a year then he or she falls in the creamy layer. Otherwise it is non creamy layer.
You will be asked for an income proof of your parent during the time of admissions. State like west Bengal announced inclusion of 'Sheikh' community in reservation for Muslims in the OBC category.
