The college is good but there are much better options. You can go for SRM, Manipal etc where at the end of four years the package offered is higher. Its not that in silver oak college its low but its unsure.

The placement in college are really good and companies like mahindra often recruit students from the same. The campus is however small but infrastructure is splendiferous. The classrooms are well equipped but in case of computer engineering, you should look for better options.

College infrastructure is very good .
Location of silver oak is at center of the city and transportation is also easily available .
The library facility is to good .

The overall Placements are not too much. Selected small companies only came which can give around 2.5 lac per annum.
SOCET is quite good for computer science and IT engineering.
Recently some students are get hired by Hindustan coca-cola. There are maximum placements in computer and IT department. There are around 12 different clubs in college for various branches e.g. linux club, cultural club, apple club etc.
