Counselling of Tamil Nadu will be conducted in offline mode by DME Tamil Nadu. The merit list has been released already. You can track the counselling and admission of Tamil Nadu from the link given below.

As far as CMC Vellore is concerned, for now, it isn't reflected in the list of participating institution who are participating in TN MBBS/BDS counselling. So, in all probabilities, it will be taking admissions separately only. You can check their website to know more information.

For management quota seats (as you arent a TN candidate), the first round of counselling will begin from July 7 onwards.
