I think you want a comparing between thapar Patiala and amrita college. There are various factors that make a college better . Few of them are like academics, faculty, placement, research, college environment and others minors .

• Of we compare academics then thapar will be ahead of amrita. As academics and curriculum are good in thapar.
• Faculty- Both colleges are having a decent faculty. Not too bad not too good .
• Placement- This is the most important point for a student. So placement scenario is much better in thapar, especially in CSE . Though their CSE intake is more than amrita , you will get more opportunities to present yourself and get a good package . Big companies like sap, juniper, Microsoft visit thapar campus for CSE recruitment. Amrita is not having that kind of placement record.

• Location and environment-. Since thapar is in Patiala most of the students are from same region so your mostly crowd from same region but crowd in thapar is talented .
