For first year you will be trained by senior most employees(only heads and chiefs) in 4 modules viz. design,manufacturing,construction and projects.After that depending upon your choice and performance you will be given a department to do the real job.
Upon completion,you will be most probably absorbed in the concerned department in permanent payroll.
