if your name is on the chance memo list then the the number mentioned/your chance memo rank is your rank .then all the candidates whose name is in the chance memo list are callled for counselling on the left over seats.on the day of counselling you will be called on the basis of your rank.then they will ask your preference and then you can get your desired branch if there is any seat available seats. feel free to comment for any queries
