Dear Mayur,

Giving entrance exam is not compulsory but it is definitely beneficial. You can get admission on merit basis in some of the institutions. However, if you want to get admission in the best institute for hotel management, you should take the entrance exam. 

Some common national as well as state level exams are: NCHM JEE, IIHM eCHAT, AIMA UGAT, UPSEE BHMCT etc.
