How the score can be converted into percentile

Percentile--

A candidate's percentile denotes the percentage of candidates scoring lower than that particular candidate. It is calculated as:Percentile= ( 1 -All India rank( No. of candidates in that subject) x 1


Your Raw sectional and overall score obtained in CMAT 2019 exam.
Before calculating percentile, CMAT score will be equated and normalized for the difficulty level for both the exam shifts of CMAT 2019
This raw CMAT score 2019 is converted to Scaled score
The scaled CMAT score is converted to percentile score.

In result i have got two things one is marks and another nta score so the nta score is final percentile or it will be announced later by nta?

Even iam not confirm about the thing but NTA is a final score I guess .
