The aggregate percentage is calculated by considering the total marks (out of 100).
According to the VITEEE Eligibility Criteria, candidates are required to have scored 60% and above in Maths/ Biology, Chemistry and Physics in their 10+2 respective exams.
If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, you can appear for the exam and you should appear with full preparation to secure a seat in your desired Engineering branch and campus.

Aggregate always means the mean of all the mentioned subjects. Sometimes, individual criteria for subjects would be mentioned explicitly along with the aggregate.
60% in pcm means that you need to score at least 60 percent of the marks in total (combined of all three subjects) Considering that every subject is of 100 marks, so you need to get atleast 180 marks as total to get 60℅ aggregate. The marks obtained in a subject individually may or may not be greater than 60% i.e. 60/100.Example -
