I have pondered through the names of competent issuing authorities in JEE Advaced website. Here I was able to see that for JEE Advanced, you can get issued from various authorities whose names are mentioned in the form. So it will work if you get it issued by Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family resides.
