Generally you don't have this topic explained in detail in NCERT physics class 12th. It is not included in the syllabus. But, you do have questions from this topic in NCERT exempler class 12th. So, why to take risk. Practice some questions and just know the general trend of questions on this topic. Most probably this topic will not come for board exams.
