Yes, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round is for admission of all JEE Main  qualified candidates in left over seats of NITs,IIITs and SFTIs after the initial rounds of counselling.

If you want to participate in CSAB  Special Round you will be required to register using their JEE Main  application number and password.

The CSAB special round counselling used to held in online mode only.
