Usually hostel facilities are available for all college  students. If you specify the college you looking for, I can guide in a better way. Some colleges don't have a hostel, but they have rooms as pg. So you can contact your college regarding that issue. The hostel fees vary from 20k-30k anually. Even if you stay as a pg its almost same.
