With reference to your query, I would glad to aware you that their is no sectional cutt off in jee mains like cse . Percentile will be made fully on your total score, try to study with full dedication and focus on any section in which you have very strong command

see jee main exam has no pass fail criteria. your score will be compared with the other  applicants as per session wise and a normalized score and ranking would release by NTA.

however to get best colleges your score should be high, for nits, iiits, centrally funded institute you have to score around 95+ percentile to secure a demanding stream of engineering.
