Yes this year NTA has announced the dress code for JEE Main 2021.

It states that :

• candidates with thick-soled shoes and clothes with large buttons will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.

• Jewellery and metal items will also not be allowed by the candidates

• YOu need to come to the centre with a facemask, But the authorities shall also provide another mask to be worn during JEE Main April session.
